According to The Deli Magazine "The Yes Way infuse their sound with versatility and mood. By incorporating different sonic elements -- guitar riffs blended with smooth harmonies, heavy instrumentation carried by emotional vocals - this band has an admirable track list to offer" Despite NOT having an album pressed The Yes Way have been playing New York's most noteworthy venues (Mercury Lounge, Santos Party House, The Studio at Webster Hall) for about a year, but all tour and album release aspirations have been on hold until Aaron (vox/guitar) recently took a leave of absence from the critically acclaimed Xylos. Since then, The Yes Way have played multiple SXSW 2010 showcases, Kahbang Music Festival with OK GO, Free Energy and BOB and were voted the Deli Magazine's Band of the Month for September 2010. Recently they released their debut music video and were featured on Fearless Radio performing acoustically. In the next few months The Yes Way will hit the road once more with appearances at Midpoint Music Festival (Best Coast, Surfer Blood, Ted Leo), CMJ 2010, the Miami Music Festival (Headliners TBD) and will be featured on Balcony TV and Daytrotter.
